Listing of Local New York State Criminal and Traffic Courts

Although based in the Village of Larchmont in Westchester County, Mr. McMillan has appeared in criminal and traffic courts throughout most of Southern New York State and New York City during the thirteen (13) years he has practiced as a lawyer.

During that period of time, Mr. McMillan has concentrated his practice on defending New York State Drivers charged with Driving While Intoxicated, commonly referred to as DWI or DUI or Driving While Ability Impaired, commonly referred to as DWAI, on speeding and traffic tickets and other automobile related offenses such as possession of drugs or a weapon (including a gun or handgun) found by the police during their search of a driver and/or his/her car after an arrest.

Both during his prior career as a Westchester County Prosecutor, and currently as a well respected defense attorney, Mr. McMillan has spent much of his professional career in the Courtrooms of Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster, Sullivan, Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as in the New York City Courts - especially Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn or Kings County and in Queens.

Over the course of that time Mr. McMillan has personally gotten to know many of the same police officers, judges, prosecutors and court clerks who will be presiding over your case. Although not intended to be exhaustive, the following is intended to act as an informative list of some of the local criminal and/or traffic courts a driver might find themselves charged with a DWI/DUI or a speeding/traffic offense.
